About a booking
The professional’s name, the date and time of the session, and the phone number you registered with.
Joining as a coach or specialist
Your service, the sports and age groups you work with, the areas you cover, and your qualifications. There is no self-signup — our team adds every professional manually.
A safeguarding concern
Email safeguarding@yallaaceit.com rather than the general inbox. Tell us what happened, who was involved and when. Reports are handled confidentially. If a child is in immediate danger, call the police on 122 or the Child Helpline on 16000 first — do not wait for us.
When you will hear back
We are a small team rather than a call centre, so we will not pretend to be staffed around the clock. WhatsApp is usually answered the same day and is the right channel if you need an answer quickly; email can take longer, particularly at a weekend. If your message is about a session happening in the next day or two, send it on WhatsApp so it is not sitting in an inbox. And if a child may be at risk, do not wait for any reply from us — the numbers above are answered 24 hours a day, and we are not.
