Haitham Gheita is a highly experienced Sport Mental Coach with 7 years in the field and over 30 years in sports. He is the founder of HG Mental Academy and holds a Master’s degree in Sport Psychology from Spain, along with multiple international certifications in sports psychology and life coaching. He has delivered over 5,000 hours of one-to-one coaching, working with 500+ athletes across 33 sports worldwide, including Olympians and top-ranked players such as Nouran Gohar, Hana Goda, and Nada Hafez. As a former professional footballer and team captain, he brings a unique blend of firsthand athletic experience and sport psychology expertise.
