About sports coach sessions
Most sessions run 60 minutes, some 90 or 120, and the length is shown on each coach’s profile. A typical session opens with a warm-up, moves into technical work, applies it in a game-like drill, and closes with something the player can practise alone before the next session. Sessions happen at the coach’s venue; you agree the location when we call to confirm the booking.
What Kareem can help with
- Teach and correct sport-specific technique, from footwork to shot mechanics.
- Build the conditioning a sport actually needs, rather than generic gym work.
- Prepare players for competition — game situations, tactics, pre-match routines.
- Track progress across a season and adjust what a player works on next.
Questions worth asking before you book
- What qualifications do you hold, and how long have you coached this age group?
- Are you insured, and what happens if my child is injured during a session?
- How many players are in a session, and are other adults present?
- What will we work on over the first month, and how will I know it is working?
A coach improves performance. If something hurts, or a previous injury is limiting movement, see a physiotherapist or a doctor first — diagnosis and rehabilitation are clinical work, and a good coach will tell you the same.
