How we choose coaches
You are trusting someone with your training — often with your child. You deserve a straight answer about how they got onto this site, and about what we have not checked.
What we do
Nobody signs themselves up
There is no public registration for professionals. Every coach, physiotherapist, nutritionist and mental coach on Yalla Ace-it was added by our team after we spoke with them.
We keep the network small on purpose
This is a curated list, not an open marketplace. Most of the professionals here are known to us directly. A short list we can stand behind is worth more than a long one we cannot.
We confirm every booking by phone
Bookings are not silently passed on. We call to confirm the session and to make sure you and the professional agree on the details before anyone turns up.
What we do not do yet
We do not currently run criminal-record checks (فيش وتشبيه) or formal background screening on the professionals listed here, and we do not supervise sessions. There is no verification badge on this site because there is no verification process behind it yet.
We would rather tell you that than let a badge imply something we have not done. If that changes, this page changes with it.
What to check yourself
Especially before a child trains with someone new. A good professional will not mind any of these questions.
- Ask what qualifications and insurance they hold, and for how long they have coached your child's age group.
- Meet in person, at the venue, before the first paid session.
- Attend the first session. Yalla Ace-it is not there; you should be.
- Ask how many people are in a session, and whether other adults are present.
- Agree the price and the payment method on the confirmation call, not at the venue.
Common questions
- Are coaches on Yalla Ace-it background checked?
- Not yet. We do not currently run criminal-record checks or فيش وتشبيه on professionals, and we will say so plainly rather than imply otherwise. What we do instead: every professional is added by our team, nobody signs themselves up, and most are known to us directly.
- How does Yalla Ace-it choose who appears on the site?
- Our team adds each professional manually after speaking with them. We look at their qualifications, their experience with the age group they work with, and where they train people. It is a curated network, not an open marketplace, which is why the directory is small.
- Does Yalla Ace-it supervise sessions?
- No. Sessions happen between you and the professional, at their venue, without us present. Our safeguarding policy sets out the standards we expect and how to raise a concern, but supervision on the day is not something we provide.
