Pick a professional, choose an open time slot on their profile, and confirm the request. We then call you to confirm the session and agree the payment with the professional. Booking closes 24 hours before a session starts, so choose a slot at least a day ahead.

Do I need an account to book?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You need a free account so we can contact you about the session and so your bookings appear in one place. Creating one takes an email address, a phone number and your city.

How much does a session cost?

It depends on the professional. Some publish a fixed session rate on their profile; for the rest the price is agreed directly with them when we call to confirm, and their profile shows "Price on request". Yalla Ace-it adds nothing on top of the professional’s own rate.

How do I pay?

Payment is arranged directly with the professional when we call to confirm your booking. Yalla Ace-it does not take payment on the site and does not hold your money. Ask about the amount and method on that call so there are no surprises at the session.

Can I cancel a booking?

Yes. You can cancel from your bookings page. Bookings close 24 hours before the session starts, so cancel before that window if your plans change, and let the professional know directly if it is closer than that.

Which cities do you cover?

Cairo and Giza today, including New Cairo, Nasr City, Misr El Gedida, Heliopolis and 6th of October. Each professional’s profile shows the area they work in, and you can filter the directory by city.

Can I book a session for my child?

Yes, and this is the intended way for anyone under 18 to train through Yalla Ace-it. The account holder must be 18 or older: you register, add your child to your account, and then choose your child when you book. Children do not get their own logins.

Can my child attend a session alone?

That is your decision and you should make it with the professional directly. Yalla Ace-it does not supervise sessions and is not present at them, so for a first session we strongly suggest a parent or guardian attends.

How are coaches chosen?

Every professional on Yalla Ace-it is added by our team — nobody signs themselves up. We are a small, deliberately curated network rather than an open marketplace, and most professionals here are known to us directly. We do not yet run formal background checks, so please meet a professional and ask about their qualifications before booking for a child.

What should I ask a coach before my child trains with them?

Ask what qualifications and insurance they hold, how long they have coached your child’s age group, how many children are in a session, where sessions take place, and what happens if a session is cancelled. A professional who answers these easily is usually a good sign.

What if a professional cancels or does not show up?

Accepted Answer

Contact us and we will follow it up with them. Because payment is arranged directly between you and the professional, any refund is also settled with them — another reason to agree the terms on the confirmation call.

How do I report a safeguarding concern?

Email safeguarding@yallaaceit.com. Every report is handled confidentially and reviewed. If a child is in immediate danger, contact the Egyptian emergency services first.

Nothing today. Yalla Ace-it takes no commission and charges no listing fee, and clients pay you your own rate directly.

A nutritionist plans what you eat around training load and competition. A mental coach works on focus, pre-match routines and handling pressure. Many athletes use more than one over a season.

There is no single right answer — it depends on age, the sport, and what else they already do each week. A common starting point is one or two sessions a week alongside school or club training, then adjusting with the coach based on how your child recovers and progresses.

See a physiotherapist or doctor first for anything painful or persistent. A coach can adapt training around an injury, but diagnosis and rehabilitation are a clinician’s job, not a coach’s.
