How Yalla Ace-it works

Four steps from browsing to your first session. Booking is free — you pay the professional their own rate directly.

1. Find someone
Browse the directory and filter by service, sport or city. Every profile shows what the professional does, where they work, session length and — where it is set — their rate.
2. Pick a time
Open times appear on the profile. Choose one and send the booking. Slots close 24 hours before they start, so pick something at least a day out.
3. We call to confirm
A booking is a request, not a done deal. We call you to confirm the session and to make sure you and the professional agree the price and the payment method before the day.
4. Train
You meet the professional at their venue and pay them directly. Afterwards you can leave a review, which helps the next person choose.

Booking for a child

Anyone under 18 trains through a parent or guardian's account — under-18s do not get their own logins. The flow adds one step:

Register as the account holder. You must be 18 or older.
Add your child to your account, with their name and date of birth.
When you book, choose your child instead of yourself.
Attend the first session. We are not there, and your child should not be alone with someone new.
