What this service is
We publish profiles of coaches, physiotherapists and mental performance coaches, and let you request a session with one. When you request a booking we call you to confirm it, and to make sure you and the professional agree the price and the payment method before the day.
Everything after that is between the two of you. The professional decides how the session runs, where it happens and what it costs; they are self-employed and not our employee, agent or partner.
No fee, and no money through this site
Using this site costs nothing. There is no booking fee, no subscription and no commission. We do not take payments, hold funds or issue refunds, because no money passes through this site at all — you pay the professional directly, by whatever method you agree with them.
It follows that a refund or a dispute about payment is between you and the professional. We will help where we can, but we cannot refund something we never received.
Who can use it
- You must be 18 or older to hold an account.
- A session for anyone under 18 is booked by their parent or guardian, from the parent’s account.
- The details you give us must be accurate — particularly your phone number, because we confirm bookings by phone.
- One person, one account. Do not create an account for somebody else without their knowledge.
We do not vet the professionals
The directory is curated by our team rather than open to self-registration, and most of the people on it are known to us directly. That is not the same as vetting: we do not currently run criminal-record checks or formal background screening, and we do not verify every qualification claimed.
So do not treat a listing as a recommendation or a guarantee. Ask about qualifications and insurance, meet the person first, and use your own judgement — especially when a child is involved.
Bookings, changes and cancellations
A booking request is a request, not a confirmed session, until we have spoken to you. Open times shown on a profile can be taken by someone else before your request is confirmed.
Once a session is confirmed, changing or cancelling it is a matter for you and the professional, on whatever terms you agreed with them. Tell us as well and we will update our record, but we cannot cancel on your behalf or enforce anybody’s cancellation policy.
Nothing here is medical or professional advice
Our guides and service pages are general information written to help you choose. They are not medical, physiotherapeutic, psychological or nutritional advice, and they are not a substitute for assessment by a qualified clinician. If something hurts, see a doctor or physiotherapist.
Using the site properly
- Do not use the site or anyone’s details on it to send marketing, spam or unsolicited approaches.
- Do not scrape, copy or republish the directory or the profiles in it.
- Do not attempt to reach data that is not yours, or to interfere with how the site runs.
- Do not impersonate anyone, and do not post anything false about a professional.
What we are responsible for
We are responsible for running this site honestly: describing what we do accurately, not inventing credentials or reviews, and protecting the data you give us as set out in our privacy notice.
We are not responsible for the quality, safety or outcome of a session, for anything a professional does or fails to do, for an injury, or for a loss arising from an arrangement you make with them. This is a free introduction service and we ask you to hold it to that, not to more. Nothing here limits any right you have under Egyptian law that cannot be limited.
Removing a listing or an account
We may remove a professional from the directory, or close an account, where someone breaks these terms, behaves in a way that puts anyone at risk, or where we are no longer comfortable listing them. A professional may ask to be removed at any time and we will do it.
Changes, and the law that applies
These terms carry the date they took effect, shown at the top of the page. If we change them materially we will update that date. Continuing to use the site after a change means the current version applies to you.
Egyptian law governs these terms, and the courts of Egypt have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
